HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL OF YOU!
My tribe comes from a heritage of following Jesus, the Son of God, the Father in heaven.
No we aren’t perfect, nor were our ancestors. We rely upon the finished work of grace accomplished on the cross of Calvary by Jesus, our faith in Him, for salvation. I do my best to pass it on. The real accomplishment over the years is to be both Father & DAD. Let’s keep working on that!
Here is MY DAD. His name is Arvil Smith. His photo is from Fathers Day, 2000. He died a few months later, leaving a legacy of natural, and spiritual children as a long-time Pastor. He raised me with much grace.
AND, here are MY KIDS, who have and are sculpting me by their grace, too. They are Caleb, Abigail, Nathan, Thad & Lindsey. Although they are all older than these pictures, they are still the apples of this Dad’s eyes.
How did your Father/Dad impact your life for the good?
How about your heavenly Father. No one needs to be without Him.
